Shipping, Pricing & Cancellation Policy
- The Listed Price of the product mentioned on the website is inclusive of custom Shipping charges that we are charging per product. The Listed Price includes the following: Maximum Retail Price – Discount (if any) + Shipping charges. The same shall be reflected in the Tax Invoice that you shall be receiving with your order.
- The Maximum Retail Price includes the Goods and Service Tax (GST) as applicable.
- Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing your order,your order shall not be cancelled, and no refund shall be possible.
- It shall be the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address while placing the order. The company shall not be responsible in case the order has been dispatched to wrong address due to wrong information filled by the customer.
- Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. We aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed.
- Tracking: E-mail/SMS containing your package tracking information will be sent to your provided contact particulars or number upon dispatch of the shipment. Status Notes providing order status can be found on your order page, the note will display a tracking link once the product has been shipped.
